About Rachel Loock

I am a dedicated career development professional who loves supporting people in their career journey. I partner with graduate students and Executive MBA students from the federal, private, and nonprofit sectors, from mid-career to C-Suite in support of advancing their careers. Meeting clients where they are, I partner with students and alumni to interpret career assessments, communicate their value, assist with resume writing, prepare for interviews, and negotiate job offers. Serving as a career coach, cheerleader, sounding board, and accountability partner, it is a privilege to support the clients I partner with. I also manage and facilitate interactive sessions to help participants better understand themselves, explore their career options, expand their network and communicate their value proposition. Seeing the impact of those "aha" moments that occur in these sessions as a result of peer-to-peer learning is especially gratifying. I look forward to working with you!
