Proud Owl and Gator alumni.Postgrad, I relocated back to my home state where I spent a year+ at my first tech startup, Flexport. During my time the Atlanta office grew from 6 to 70+ Flexporters in one year with myself and a fellow recruiter, while I also supported 6 global offices. From there I made the move to New York City and joined Greenhouse Software, where I truly learned the best practices for SaaS recruiting. I owned full-cycle recruiting for all SDRs and was able to support my fellow recruiters in growing the team by ~150 Greenies. In 2020, I relocated back to Atlanta and joined Salesloft. I was able to hire ~220 folks over my ~2.5 years across all areas of the Revenue Org, between pre-sales, sales, and post-sales, from ICs to senior leaders. In 2021 I was awarded MVP of the People team and Presidents Club after hiring 1/3 of the company. At the end of 2022, I combined my passion for recruiting top talent and the goal of modernizing healthcare, joining NexHealth! During my time at NexHealth I hired across the GTM function from ICs to Senior Leaders as well as some product and engineering folks. In late 2024, I joined Federato, an AI insurtech company, as the GTM Recruiter. I'm pumped to make a large impact, growing our amazing teams.When I’m not recruiting, you can find me enjoying time with my daughter and husband, on a weekend adventure searching for the next waterfall, or trying to find the best cold brew coffee.
