About Rachel M.

As a Technical Officer for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)/Strategic Information at FHI 360, I support the implementation also management of the EpiC project in Indonesia, PEPFAR-funded initiative that aims to achieve HIV epidemic control and promote self-reliant management of national HIV programmes. I have over seven years of experience in data analysis and visualisations for infectious disease programmes, such as HIV and tuberculosis (TBC), including recording and reporting related to information systems. My core competencies include data analysis, data quality assurance, data management, data dissemination, and data use for decision-making. I collaborate with the Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection, verification, and reporting. I also provide technical assistance and capacity building to health facilities on M&E and data systems. My mission is to contribute to the improvement of public health outcomes particularly in ending AIDS through evidence-based interventions and strategic information.
