About Rachel McClain

My primary experience has been Customer Service and Management, both in retail and office settings. I have been project manager/administration in Electrical Distribution/Lighting Agency for going on 18 years now and I have worked very hard to earn my current position. I am not always the most pleasant to deal with given circumstances of bad news but I am always honest which I find customers always appreciate much more. They may not like the truth but I refuse to be miss leading in any situation that arises. I aim to be very detail orientated, organized, and quick. I pride myself on replying as promptly as possible even if I don't have the answer a customer is looking for, I want them to know I am working at getting it. I am also very procedure driven and like things to be done as efficiently and correctly as possible. This can be considered a downfall of mine at times, as I make it a primary focus for major projects and can be considered a pain, but it's always with the best intentions of all parties involved. I attempt to be as helpful as I can, and educate myself in products, and our manufacturers/customers internal functionality so I may better understand what they in turn require from each other to make things happen. I truly enjoy my job and hope to one day be able to pass my knowledge onto someone entry level and help build a stronger team.
