As a Program Manager at 3M, I work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic Safety programs that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and bring innovation to life. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution — turning complex challenges into actionable solutions that drive measurable results - so that our partner's workers go home safely every day. Over my career, I’ve managed high-impact initiatives spanning R&D, operations and new product introductions across diverse business units. I’m passionate about fostering teamwork, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making—skills that have consistently helped execute with clarity and purpose. Beyond my professional work, I’m deeply committed to community engagement as the Run Director for Durham Region's CIBC Run for the Cure. Through my volunteer roles I’ve developed a broader understanding of leadership rooted in empathy, inclusion, and impact. These experiences have shaped my belief that strong leadership extends far beyond the workplace.
