I am a highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active employee who enjoys strategic problem-solving and process improvement. As an Executive Assistant for the past 14+ years, I have come to master the “urgency of now” and understand the critical nature of confidentiality and discretion. I know how being flexible and adapting to change is a necessary skill when supporting executives. I possess excellent people skills, learning from and positively engaging with diverse personalities. I am proficient in the MS Office suite of software and I type approximately 70+ words per minute; I excel at and enjoy working in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional. I am a Notary Public in good standing in the state of South Dakota. And most importantly, I understand the crucial need for trustworthiness when supporting executive level positions.
