About Rachel Morrison

I am a licensed social worker through the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I received my Bachelor's of Social Work at St. Olaf College and my Master's of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas. I am an advocate, a life-long learner, a listener, and an adventurer. My life has been filled with opportunities to travel and learn from the world around me. Themes of global social justice, equality, and community emerged in my long-term goals and desires as a result. My social work education, complemented by studio art and Latin American Studies coursework, allows me to critically and creatively pursue equity, advocate effectively, and listen deeply. I personally believe that it is through listening that authentic leadership and change can be effective. I strive to hear and provide platforms for those whose voices are unheard, lead humbly when called upon, and collaborate to build a more connected and open world.
