Over 5 years of experience managing profitable, safe, and compliant post-collection facilities, including composting, chip and grind, landscape supply, and landfill operations across Central California. Successfully managed multi-million-dollar contracts and collection services, optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Expertise in market assessment and developing policies that drive sustainable growth and position businesses for long-term success. Appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture to the Fertilizer Inspection Advisory Board, where I contributed to the creation of California’s certification program for organic fertilizers. Co-founder of Diversion Strategies, a consulting firm dedicated to advancing innovative waste diversion and recycling solutions for businesses and communities.
