About Rachel Pires

I help conscious leaders explore the unconscious. I support high-performing professionals in unlocking deep personal transformation through subconscious reprogramming, somatic integration, and neuroscience-informed practices. My work is rooted in the belief that sustainable leadership starts within — when we address the unconscious patterns that drive behavior, we create more aligned, authentic, and impactful lives. I’m a licensed therapist specializing in complex trauma, a certified EMDR Consultant, and a coach with a background in somatics and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My approach is both intuitive and grounded in science — blending clinical depth with presence-based, practical guidance. In addition to my work with conscious leaders and entrepreneurs, I provide EMDR consultation to therapists seeking certification or deeper confidence in their trauma work. I’m passionate about helping clinicians refine their skillset, develop their voice, and expand their capacity to hold transformational space. Whether I'm working with clients, clinicians, or coaching teams, my focus is the same: creating space for real change from the inside out.
