About Rachel Schaefer

Rachel is currently working as a consulting Manager within the Financial Services Industry and is using her professional experience and personal interests to help clients solve complex problems across an ever-changing landscape. With over 6 years of experience, she has helped clients through various efforts including project and program management, target operating models, building out operational strategies, building out procedures and process flows, implementing and adapting new technologies, business transformation, executing performance improvement efforts, and mitigating / managing risk. As a graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a M.S in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a Health Systems Concentration and a Lean Six Sigma green belt, I look to apply my technical thinking and LSS tools whenever possible. I have a passion for helping people and think we work best when we work together.
