About Rachel Seabeck

World Class Customer Care I have been working in customer service and the hospitality industry since my very first job 10 years ago, and have never looked back on that choice. I have worked with one of the world's premier company's for customer care, and have taken what I learned there and applied to both my work life but also my daily interactions. My passion is for people, both the guests & customers I interact with and take care of on a daily basis, but equally as important, the co-workers I spend my work days with. I truly care about those around me and seek to help others, whether it is building them up and helping them realize their potential or helping them get the skills or knowledge to reach their goals. Eventually, years from now, I hope to move into an HR position to focus more on my passion for my team & development. My Career Exploration My passion for people has taken me from a small town in WA all the way across the country to work for the mouse at Walt Disney World FL. While I found FL to be a bit too far away from home, and so returned home for a year. But I'm ready to get back to what I love to do and I have recently relocated to Las Vegas to reignite a career once more that is all about people, in the hospitality industry. I hope to find a company that shares my passion for people that will encourage me to grow and provide the tools to continue to develop my skill set of leading, customer service, developing team members, problem-solving, & communication. A company that also embraces and values my strengths of positivity, responsibility, attention to detail, empathy, & courtesy.
