As an experienced registered nurse with almost twenty-three years of experience, I have spent over fifteen years in the long-term care industry. I had earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology at Ball State University initially and was unable to secure a stable position. After starting as a nursing assistant in a local nursing home, I went back to school and earned my Associate's degree as an RN. From nursing assistant to Nurse Consultant, there are not many roles I have not held in skilled nursing facilities. I have had the pleasure of working with several excellent companies such as Polaris Group, LeaderStat, Radiation Oncology Associates, and now Laurel Healthcare and I value the connections and friends I have made over the years.
