After a rich and varied 16 years in the safety and compliance industry, I am delighted to be working with Britannia Safety Solutions, revolutionising Solutions Consultancy. Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve witnessed a range of attitudes; many consultancies focus on ticking boxes rather than driving safety improvements, which I find frustrating. Britannia Safety Solutions look to make transformational changes, by applying what we’ve learnt through our extensive experiences, to the inside of your business. We’re a people-centric consultancy who want to compliment what you do in a collaborative manner; our focus is what you, as a customer, need and what you need to do to get there. We work with customers via audit, training and specialist consultancy to look at addressing human behaviours and creating water tight systems. Britannia Safety Solutions are a safety consultancy who take pride in driving safety improvements, taking the time to get to know our customers and their business’ inside-out and supporting them in making transformational changes. Here, we embrace a more entrepreneurial spirit: ensuring our customers have the support they need to fix problems. The leadership team have over 50 years’ experience and we’re using lessons learned from previous companies in a new era of consultancy. Britannia look to change perceptions of Safety Consulting by demonstrating true value. Our goal is to keep the successful aspects of our historic solutions that customers loved the same, whilst modernising, innovating and adapting to new demands.
