About Rachel Spanley

I began working at a young age on my family’s potato and hog farm. I learned how to work hard and make my own way as a child. I graduated high school and immediately transitioned into the working world. I worked for my family’s new business, and then began working in a retail store in Indianapolis. I moved to the Winamac area and worked in several local factories. I decided to make the change to the professional environment and pursued a career in banking. I began as a teller,(Customer Service Representative) in 2017 with 1st Source Bank, and was then promoted to Customer Service Associate I, in 2020 and Customer Service Associate II in 2022. My duties entail consumer lending, opening new accounts,(business or personal), and teller work when needed. I strive to meet my customer’s needs efficiently and effectively. At 1st Source Bank, our mission statement is, “To help our clients achieve security, build wealth, and realize their dreams”.
