About Rachel Struble

I am excited to bring my creative and innovative mind to my position at RTD Embedded Technologies. I have a passion for thinking out of the box and finding new ways to solve old problems and tackle new ones. I enjoy variety and love to get involved in multiple projects. Kind, courteous, and professional customer interaction is very important to me, and I love the feeling of helping others. I am averse to stagnation and thrive in changing and progressive environments. A firm believer in team work and the importance of inspirational leadership, I think that the best results are achieved when a group of people are comfortable working together and are not afraid to bring up any ideas of their own. Although I have a respect for strict procedures, I much prefer flexibility and friendly atmospheres that foster innovation, creativity, and are team-oriented. As long as I believe in what I am doing, I can do absolutely anything. I love to learn, enjoy friendly competition, and aim to please, no matter the job.
