About Rachel Stuck

I began my dietetics career as a chef at a nonprofit children's organization, where we served over one hundred people daily and educated them about the importance of nutrition and wellness. With an intense interest in science and our ever-expanding knowledge of nutrition, I left my food-focused path to pursue research and nutrition counseling. My background in nutrition and cuisine helped me spearhead the creation of the Ixcela recipe library, and continues to aid the development and creation of gut-healthy recipes that promote healthy levels of specific Ixcela metabolites. As Director of Curriculum and Wellness, I love diving into the latest gut microbiome and metabolite research. My work with the Ixcela's science team supported my deep understanding of the metabolites Ixcela tests, and the development of the Ixcela report, results, recommendations, resource libraries, and training materials.
