About Rachel Temm

With a career in wine and restaurants spanning over 15 years, I am excited to be in a profession where I am able to utilise my industry knowledge and passion for customer service in order to create great outcomes for individuals and businesses alike. At Frontline Recruitment Group, we specialise in sourcing and placing the best candidates in the Sydney Hospitality Market. I consider myself very fortunate to be working amongst a team of hospitality professionals that share my love of the industry and commitment to delivering excellent service to our candidates and clients. I enjoy being part of a culture that celebrates success, and supports and encourages ongoing learning and development. Working as an official for Boxing Australia on the weekends is inspiring because of the genuineness of the amateur boxing community, and the individuals within that community who possess the tenacity and courage to pursue excellence in their given field. The most exciting aspect of my role is the opportunity to source, meet and collaborate with individuals who love what they do. It has been very rewarding presenting them with opportunities that reward their passion and support them in their progression and professional development. Feel free to reach out any time for a confidential chat about the industry, which candidates are currently on the market or if you are on the market for a new role yourself! 0404 720 283 or rtemm@frontlinehospitality.com.au
