For over 16 years, I have been the General Manager/Owner of Achieve Wellness, a business that delivers both health and wellness coaching services to help clients achieve their wellness goals. I have a NASM certification in personal training and corrective exercise, and a 100-hour certificate in life coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I specialize in creating and implementing individualized wellness programs that address the needs and aspirations of each client, whether they are seeking injury prevention, weight loss, pain management, or sports performance. I collaborate with clients to formulate realistic and measurable goals, and I provide ongoing support, feedback, and motivation to ensure lasting results. I have a passion for promoting community health and wellness, and I have built a loyal and diverse client base through excellent customer relations, strategic planning, and problem-solving. I have also demonstrated my entrepreneurial and creative skills by launching and growing a niche business in the dog treat industry, where I developed and marketed breed-specific recipes, authored a cookbook, and managed a website and social media presence. I am a detail-oriented, efficient, and innovative achiever who strives to maximize the potential and output of myself and my team.
