About Rachena Ek

Rooted in science. Guided by compassion. Inspired by humanity.”I'm a relational counsellor with a deep commitment to lifelong learning, integrative practice, and whole-person care. My journey began in the study of community systems and psychological science, and has since evolved into a practice that honours both the biology of our brains and the richness of our emotional, cultural, and spiritual lives.Drawing from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework, I work with clients to explore burnout, identity, grief, and transitions in a space that is safe, reflective, and attuned. My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, compassion-focused therapy, and contemporary mind-body science to support meaningful, embodied change.I believe in the power of presence, curiosity, and connection — and I see the counselling space as a partnership rooted in mutual respect and exploration.Let’s connect — I’m always open to meaningful conversations about the future of mental health, integrative models, and how we support both individuals and systems to thrive.
