As a CTO, my role is to act as a trusted advisor and technology lead for our customers by engaging with business and Tech decision makers to articulate how Microsoft cloud platforms and AI solutions enriched by our strong ecosystem and ISV solutions can concretely help them realize value and efficiency while innovating to boost, achieve and support their business outcomes. By working exclusively to dissect and assess their industry, mapping industry scenarios to the technical foundation, understand and map the customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrate resources in the customer’s digital journey, As a result, my commitments are focused on finding the best ways to support our clients' success and provide ongoing value to their end users and customers- In-depth knowledge of customers and their digital transformation journey including people, culture transformation and the innovation of new and distruptive business services augmented by the intelligent technology into the cloud- Sharing our broad knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, our competition, and the industry to create a vision of how Microsoft can be the customer’s best partner to take business customer to new heights- Demonstrating technical leadership by working with all Microsoft resources, R&D and partners/ISVs to leverage Microsoft intelligent Cloud Technologies to drive customer Success- Ability to build long-term Trusted Technology Relationships that result in solid and meaningful Strategic Technology conversations- Ability to ensure that customers benefit from the latest Microsoft Innovations & solutions empowered by our Industry Software Partners- Focus on long-term transformation and sustainable Growth.
