I am on a Mission to help Manufacturing companies save up to 20% of their procurement costs But why? As a chartered accountant (2014) with over a decade of experience, I've seen them unlock value in internal audits, forensic investigations, and business process automation. I started by leading internal audits for major companies like Astral Pipes and Landmark Group, unearthing insights and driving improvements. Then, opportunity knocked in the form of the Shri Shashi Ruia's Business Leaders Program. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Essar Steel (later AMNS India), I went beyond crunching numbers. I spearheaded business automation, developing processes that saved the company a staggering ₹200 crore pa. But my passion lay in procurement. Witnessing the challenges and inefficiencies in the sourcing industry, I envisioned Procverse, a platform to empower businesses with seamless procurement. Launched in 2023, it was accepted into the prestigious T-Hub Lab 32 program within a month and valued at ₹30 crore in just 6 months. Now, I'm on a mission to scale Procverse to new heights by helping Manufacturers save in procurement costs. But the journey doesn't end there. When time permits, I use my expertise to mentor startups and MSMEs, helping them cut costs and achieve explosive growth.
