I pursued my master's program "Experimental Condensed Matter Physics" under the supervision of Dr. Somaditya Sen who helped me into more specialized fields, to name a few, semiconductor technology in electronics, optoelectronics, nanomaterials, materials for energy storage and conversion. I worked on the defect-assisted study in other oxides also including ZnO, CuO, NiO, and modified them with doping. My hands-on experiences are the sol-gel method, CVD, RF-DC Sputtering, Sputter Coater, etc.
