I love solving problems and trying to improve the existing processes. I think, brainstorm, create and recreate solutions and processes. To do this I always put myself in the shoes of the person who is facing the problem, be it the customer or a fellow colleague. Data plays a very important role when we work on any project; reading, analyzing and calculating is what it takes to provide a great solution. My past experiences as Operations Manager and Operations Excellence has helped me to be an important part of the extended team as I have been a part of several projects as Team member, Team leader and collaborator. Handled the operations for a Domestic Service Desk. The ability to learn new things and quickly apply them in an innovative manner drives me. I am an adept team leader. I believe in human connect to manage people, as a happy and focused individual delivers better results. I build long relationships and try to be there for my team, whenever they feel the need. I am an ear, a shoulder and always a counselor. I was a part of the group that scaled the highest peak of Lesser Himalayas, Surya Top, a program organized by TATA Steel Adventure Foundation under the guidance of great Mrs. Bachendri Pal. It taught me collaboration, leadership and most importantly, it taught me to be thoughtful. Personally, I feel, goodness is about character - integrity, honesty, kindness & moral courage; furthermore I live my life following this quote- The most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy - it's all that matters.
