I am networking professional with (CCNA R&S), BIG IP f-5 Load Balancer LTM,APDS ( Avaya Professional Design Specialist ) near about 9 years of work experience in Network and VOIP implementation for Mid and small scale market across Canada, West Indies and South Americas with a focus on Healthcare, Financial and Retail industry. I also have Track record of successfully handling onsite & offsite planning activities, feasibility studies, installation, commissioning and maintenance for complex information systems using diverse technologies and frameworks. Recently I worked as a Network Associate with Telus CANADA. While working in this position my primary job was to troubleshoot enterprise customers with their internal and external network. Utilizing excellent customer service and technical knowledge skills I was able to successfully resolve any technology issue under my domain. My experience and education present me as a person who is exactly what you will be looking for. I have extensive knowledge of computer technology and have kept abreast of the frequent changes that occur in applications and hardware as technology advances. I also regularly meet all goals and have had excellent feedback provided by customers on post-call surveys. I thoroughly enjoy helping people solve their technical problems.
