I try to never take things at face value. Instead, I strive to understand motivations behind other people’s behaviour. I strongly believe that good decisions are made based on proper judgement. I am not satisfied by easy answers and superficial knowledge. I am confident that if an answer comes too soon, it probably is not the right one. It is important to me to feel comfortable in a mutual co-operation. I appreciate full involvement, even if it requires more effort or raises tough questions - I still believe that it is necessary. I always encourage other people to be prepared for such effort. Working this way we achieve better results.
