About I am a Support Manager with 9+ years of experience at Pricefx, leading and developing high-performing support team across EMEA. In my current role, I manage all aspects of team operations - including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and resource planning - while ensuring customer priorities are met with excellence and efficiency. As the first point of escalation for CSMs and Project Managers, I handle critical situations with a focus on fairness, transparency, and fast resolution. I also act as Incident Manager during mass outages or high-impact issues, driving resolution through established Incident Management and Disaster Recovery processes. My background spans both technical expertise and leadership: • Started my career as a Software Developer (Java, JavaScript, Android), working with international clients and internal projects. • Transitioned into Application & Support Engineering, where I built strong problem-solving and customer communication skills. • Progressed into senior and principal roles, before moving into management - where I now combine technical insight with team leadership.
