About Radek Henych

I am a qualified mechanical engineer with a strong technical and commercial background in industrial automation, extensive project and team management experience, and newly an enthusiastic junior full-stack web application developer looking for new challenges in both IT and industrial automation. I enjoy creative and well-executed work and achieving meaningful goals. I thrive on working projects and intelligent automation in both industrial manufacturing and software development. I earned my engineering degree at the Czech Technical University in Prague, and enriched my studies with internships abroad in Germany and Scotland, where I gained my first international experience and advanced knowledge of German and English. I am always open to new challenges that contribute to my professional development and bring valuable experience in IT, automation, robotics, and management. Here is a brief overview of my professional career, for the full version please see my CV: In the early stages of my career, I focused on the developing of car body and interior parts for VW/Audi in Germany and Bentley in England as a Catia V5 developer. Later I switched to process production support for Škoda Auto and the design of bodywork production facilities for Audi in Hungary. Thanks to my foreign experience, I led engineering projects for automated bodywork production and development of the engineering team in Mladá Boleslav in the Czech Republic. At Amtech, I focused on automated robotic solutions in areas such as grinding, fluid dispensing, and logistics, including collaborative and mobile robots, and managed the business and operational activities of the branch. My enthusiasm for automation led me to JavaScript programming, culminating in 2024 with the successful completion of the intensive course "Coding Bootcamp Prague," focusing on full-stack web application development.
