About Radhika Saraf

I have been mesmerized by the world of storytelling in all of its diverse mediums - theatre, films / series and books and I aspire to transcend this passion into a professional pursuit. I seek meaningful & quality projects that allow me to document or fictionalize stories with a conscious commentary on socio-political atmosphere or interpersonal human relationships. My experience in producing and directing a full-fledged play for a 400+ audience has given me significant insight into the storytelling process. My two years' experience with Teach For India as an educator has brought me closer to myself and our society, and I hope to harness that learning as well to build stories that are rooted in reality, and that people can relate to. Apart from being an aspiring filmmaker, I am a Kathak dancer and have performed at multiple stage events. I passionately care about animals, quality education, women's rights, secular living, among many other causes. I have been deeply moved by music, literature, theatre, art & sculpting, my travel experiences and some amazing, inspiring people I met. I hope that through my creative pursuits, I too am able to make a difference in some lives.
