About Radka Novak

Couple years ago I have celebrated 20 years on the Czech commercial real estate market. I was lucky to be part of the extraordinary times when the Prague´s Office Market was created and enjoyed watch it rise and grow up ever since. I was the first employee of Skanska Property Czech Republic back in 1997 as Office Manager but I have quickly found that my passion is more in „doing deals“ and creating new projects. During my Skanska´s carreer I have been responsible for marketing and leasing of 5 office buildings and I am still proud to see the buildings being fully let and competitive. It has been a great experience to see the whole office development cycle, adding value with every step of the project development up to the final exit. But I felt I need some bigger field to play with and decided join Cushman & Wakefield in 2008. I am heading the Office Agency for over 10 years now, leading the team of 10 professionals, providing consulting services to the major office landlords and developers and supporting the largest occupiers. It is great to be part of such company, working with the best professionals from all commercial segments and having the market leading team next to me. But most of all I enjoy the atmosphere and fun we have together. As da Vinci said: „ I love the ones who can smile in trouble….“ And on a personal note, you can meet me wearing wellingtons in my freetime when I´m having fun with my beloved four-legged friends - cats, dogs, horses and sheep included :)
