About Radomir Savic

Extensive experience in the area of corporate and SME sales activities, risk management, HR and training management, lending and deposit collection for development finance institutions and commercial banks. Prior to my current assignment, I have managed diverse banking operations in institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Having worked long period in a banking group known for its successful lending technology towards micro-entrepreneurs has given me a first-hand experience in setting up and managing financial operations in the Western Balkans region, including a good understanding of the environment, culture, and most important players in this field in these countries. After a ten-year banking experience in ProCredit Bank, acting as Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Executive Director Risk and Compliance- MB Member, I have supported Sparkasse Bank Sarajevo for three years acting as Regional Manager in Banja Luka region. After years spent in commercial banking industry, I was engaged in the Western Balkans with Frankfurt School Financial Services in setting up operations for a new investment fund aimed at developing municipal infrastructure financing in the region through innovative risk-sharing cooperation with local banks. I was based in Banja Luka-Belgrade from where I cover the area of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, in terms of client relations (Banks, Municipalities, MoFs, Central Banks). Also supporting FSFS activities in South East Europe, Central Asia and Africa for micro-finance business oriented operations, dealing with MFIs and Banks in mentioned areas. Since 2017, continue to do Investment management business in SEE, Central Asia, Africa and MENA countries through Ethical Finance company cooperating with FSFS mainly, but also supporting other IFIs for consultancy, investments and market research activities. In parallel co-founder of trade company in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
