I’m a passionate IT professional with a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills, shaped by years of diverse experience across leadership, customer service, and coordination roles. Being multilingual and highly communicative, I thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments where collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation are key. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Multimedia Engineering from Sibiu, and a Master's in Advanced Computing Systems, where I'm still pending my final exam (didn't have the practical need to take it yet). What drives me beyond the desk? Nature, especially mountains, movement, and sharing experiences. I’m an "all life" mountain hiker/climber, skier, and a volunteer Mountain Rescuer since my childhood, deeply passionate about physical activity and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy practicing various sports that keep me energized and balanced. As a team leader, I’ve had the privilege of managing and mentoring groups ranging from a few individuals to teams of 25 colleagues. My leadership style combines technical guidance with a deep focus on motivation, personal development, team spirit and most importantly, collective intelligence. This journey revealed a natural alignment with management roles, which I now pursue with intention and purpose. New Passions & Growth Areas: Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence have caught my attention these last years and I’m actively expanding my knowledge in these areas through self-study, hands-on projects, and dedicated courses. The evolving landscape of AI and the critical role of security in today’s digital world have sparked a deeper curiosity and long-term motivation to contribute in these fields. I consider myself open, transparent, proactive, and always eager to learn. Whether in a technical or managerial capacity, I'm continuously seeking opportunities to grow and face new challenges—both professionally and personally. What’s next?
