Radu has nearly 20 years of work experience in developing and maintaining web applications. He is passionate about leading teams, while working remotely. Radu has a track record of beating expectations, while being under budget and delivering solutions ahead of schedule. Radu’s career has always been at the intersection of technology and the liberal arts. In addition to extensive software development experience, he also has experience in social media marketing; he is passionate about inspiring and engaging not only engineers that he has managed and partnered with, but also the community of followers on social media accounts of his past and current clients. He is passionate about always keeping up to date with the new trends and technologies in the area of web application development and social media marketing. He is committed to high quality software development results, based not only on his own work, but also of the collective work of the team members that he manages and mentors. Radu believes that high quality software means providing the best possible user experience, and that the software solutions that his teams deliver are fast, beautiful, intuitive and, most importantly, reliable. Radu is fluent in English, Romanian, Italian and conversational in German, as he has enjoyed managing engineers remotely that work in many different countries. He also loves helping media companies create and scale their social media marketing strategies, while delivering high quality content to their community of users. He enjoys engaging with the community, from a thought leadership and educational perspective. In addition, Radu is proactive about building strategic marketing and technology/channel partnerships, in order to scale his clients’ operations while being mindful of keeping expenses low. He is passionate about visual design, infographics and next generation media platforms. Diversity and inclusivity are of paramount importance to Radu, not just with the people he works with or partners with, but also from a personal charitable perspective. He is very involved with in person mentoring of the disabled. He believes that there are no limits in terms of what we can accomplish, despite the personal perceived gaps we think we have in our skill sets.
