Background

About Radu M.

A team and project driver with a structured approach to work at hand and a flexible, empathic and open approach towards people and their needs, working to balance the two in order to deliver best possible solutions. For the last 15+ years I have been leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation, serving as a team enabler, empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As a data-driven decision maker I am focused on the customer experience, looking at the big picture and driving process initiatives that deliver quality outcomes supported by a design-thinking approach. My initial career allowed me to understand what a process/structured approach to issues can deliver, followed by my fintech years that allowed me to understand the business in detail and express all my experience and best practices, enabling my growth. Now, as a seasoned leader, I am looking to deliver on my extended capabilities. I look forward speaking to you about your projects so please feel free to reach out.
