About Radu Rus

I’m a Head of Production working in major music festivals — the kind with big stages, tight deadlines and a lot of moving parts. Over the years, I’ve helped build and run events like Untold, Neversea, Massif and Untold Dubai — coordinating production for shows with people per day. What I actually do day-to-day- manage the full production cycle (build → show → dismantle)- coordinate technical teams (rigging, stage, video, audio, lighting, power)- work with local & international suppliers - keep logistics, budgets and timelines under control - make sure everything is safe, stable and ready on time I like working with fast teams, complex projects and situations where things change — a lot. Always open to new collaborations, especially on large-scale productions and international projects.
