About Radu Stan

For the past 6 years, I’ve been working as a team lead, focusing on building and mentoring engineering teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. Over the last 3 years, I’ve led a Java team, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and maintain scalable, production-ready systems. With over 10 years of experience in software development, I have a strong backend background and a broad technical perspective shaped by working across multiple domains and technology stacks. I combine hands-on technical involvement with people leadership, supporting engineers in their growth while keeping a strong focus on system reliability, code quality, and long-term maintainability. I’m particularly motivated by solving complex problems, improving team processes, and fostering a collaborative and positive engineering culture.
