Management: Extensive experience in senior level management and leadership of national communications and publications programs, including website development. Writing and Publishing: Extensive experience writing, editing, and supervising production of a broad range of publications, including books, annual reports, newspapers, newsletters, and promotional literature. Frequent ghostwriting and speech writing for chief executive officers and elected officials. Media Relations: Achieved sustained success in story placement in the nation’s major media markets. Handled controversial, fast-breaking stories with precision and discretion. Corporate Image: Initiated and managed corporate image makeovers for three national organizations, including the creation of logos and corporate slogans. Extensive experience in directing design of a wide range of corporate communications projects, e.g, annual reports, public service campaigns, newspapers, books, pamphlets, stationary, and promotional material. Website Design and Content: Directed design and editorial direction of corporate website. Artist: Works almost exclusively in oil paints, but in a variety of genres, including landscapes, florals, and figures. Award winning work is held in private collections across the country. It is currently shown in the the Christine Daniels Gallery in Easton, Maryland, and the Towson Framing Gallery in Towson, Maryland. Previously represented by the D&K Gallery in Monkton, Maryland, the Prince Royal Gallery and the Gallery Julian in Alexandria, Virginia; the Venable Neslage Gallery in Washington, D.C; and the historic Rock Creek Park Gallery, also in Washington, D.C.
