About Raechel Torner

I work closely with talented logistics students and high potentials who can aid your company as part of their internships, projects, or even by working on a case specific to your company’s needs under the supervision of our lecturers and coaches. As an American who has lived for several years in both France and the Netherlands, I have learned on both a professional as well as personal level to adapt and respond well to change, and I can easily communicate and make links across different cultures and disciplines. I am a good listener and I think that in order to motivate and advise people well it’s important to listen to their needs and establish trust. I believe that confidence is a large determinant in a person’s success in any given task, so when teaching – or in any kind of advisory role – I try my best to motivate and encourage my students, peers, etc. by focusing on their strengths and helping them work through any layers of insecurity that may prevent them from reaching their goals. I get the most energy and satisfaction in all of my pursuits from helping others communicate more effectively and work more efficiently.
