Your alarm clock goes off. You open your eyes. You think about the day ahead and you’re excited to get started. How many people can say that about their job and their company…AND after 18 years? I can! I work for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, a national non-profit behavioral health organization that helps empower children and adults with intellectual, emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives. And while I work in the National People Operations department, I can say that the work I do has an impact on the children, adults, and families we serve. And I believe our 6,500 employees feel the same way, regardless of their role in the organization. Devereux has been providing services to our communities for over 100 years, and the reason we are still going strong is the continued dedication and commitment of our employees. Without their passion and drive to make lives better, we wouldn’t succeed in achieving our mission. And for me, being surrounded by these professionals only makes my job that much more enjoyable. I believe in the mission, the vision, and the direction Devereux is going in…and I couldn’t be any prouder to be a part of it!I'm looking to connect with professionals nationwide, specifically those interested in the fields of behavioral health, human services, autism, counseling, special education, and nursing.
