Oh hello there! I'm a results-driven instructional designer with over six years of experience specializing in strategic, instructional design in the educational sphere. Creating engaging learning materials that adds value to ones unique learning journey excites me! I thrive in settings where I can collaborate with cross-functional teams, working towards the big picture, while meeting the goals and vision of the company. My passion for teaching fuels my desire to continuously learn new and and innovative teaching techniques across many spectrums. Previously, I facilitated the creation of a New Teacher learning journey for a secondary school, with the goal of increasing retention of first year educators. This learning journey has now been turned into a two-year program that equips first and second year educators with materials and resources needed to be successful in the classroom - both in person and digitally for virtual learning. I am always seeking new ways to bring innovation to a company. My goal is to continue developing learning initiatives and solutions that result in effective yet engaging learning journey's for teams.
