I’m a researcher working at the crossroads of ecology, environmental health, and public policy. My work investigates how human land use and environmental change impact biodiversity and ecosystems, with a particular focus on how these transformations affect human health and well-being. I specialize in studying green space exposure across three key dimensions—visibility, availability, and accessibility—and how these interact with environmental stressors like air pollution and urban heat, as well as with social and economic inequalities. By combining ecological, cross-sectional, and (pseudo-)longitudinal study designs, I aim to generate evidence that supports biodiversity conservation, sustainable land use, and health-promoting urban planning.
