Hi, I'm Raf, currently working at Zenya as a New Business Account Manager, focused on the long-term care market (think elderly care, disability support, and everything in between). I work with organizations that make a real difference. And my job is to help them do that even better through smart, human-centered software solutions. I’m a natural problem solver and strategist, with a strong heart for business. I believe in honest, solution-oriented communication, not pushy sales talk. Whether we hit targets or tackle tough challenges, I’m most energized when I can work with people, not just for people. Though I’ve just started this new role, my ambitions are anything but new: I’m here to learn fast, grow strong, and eventually lead, preferably somewhere at the intersection of tech, strategy, and people. Oh, and when I’m not diving into CRM systems or client calls, you’ll probably find me climbing, skiing, or looking for the next mountain (literal or professional) to conquer.
