Hi, I’m Raf – British-Polish, Head of Communication & Development, radio voice and podcaster. I bring over 20 years of experience across communication, marketing, HR, and media – from brand strategy and training, to recruitment, executive coaching, and public speaking. I've worked with CEOs, diplomats, artists, and cross-border teams, even helping ambassadors and famous actors prepare for concerts alongside the likes of Sting. I’m a trusted advisor and sounding board for leadership teams, offering hands-on support for day-to-day challenges and high-impact transformation projects. I bridge creativity and business accountability to deliver communication that works, leadership that inspires, and energy that drives people and performance. What do I actually do? I build communication that brings clarity and purpose – inside teams and across organisations, I help leaders speak and write in ways that engage, inspire, and drive action, I design and implement strategies that grow people and business – from recruitment and employer branding to crisis communication, I create compelling content – from presentations and speeches to LinkedIn posts and thought leadership.
