With over 20 years of experience in the US Army, I am a seasoned project manager and military veteran with a proven track record of delivering results, fostering collaboration, and advancing organizational missions and visions. Currently, I serve as the Senior Operations Manager at GTRI, where I oversee strategic planning, operational execution, and process improvement initiatives to drive organizational success. In my previous role as the Battalion Executive Officer of a 1,100-person infantry unit, I managed daily operations, administration, and logistics, ensuring readiness, efficiency, and compliance. As an Infantry and Special Forces Advisor, I supported the Foreign Military Sales program by providing training, mentorship, and guidance to partner nations on infantry and special operations tactics, techniques, and procedures. I also leveraged my Project Management Professional certification to plan, execute, and monitor complex and sensitive projects involving multiple stakeholders, resources, and objectives. I am passionate about contributing to the security and stability of the global community, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I hold a Master's in Management degree with a focus on International Finance and Economics, and I have been awarded the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal for my distinguished service.
