Operations Manager and customer service relations: Senior role and key component of the operations management team for a hospitality company that provides services of concierge to high end properties. The scope of service goes beyond of providing a concierge, it goes to the point of special residents care and hospitality, a much complex and complete approach of servicing. To ensure those goals are met in each property that are in the company’s care, a great team must be formed and guided. As a operations manager, I was able to accomplish high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. Also, analyze and improve organizational processes, work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, foment an outstanding organizational culture that thrives on always giving a good complete service and hospitality that transcends to each employe and to each resident, setting us apart. Key responsibilities- Provide inspired leadership for the organization- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures- Guide the recruiting process for further hiring and assist HR with recruiting when necessary- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high moral- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing- Work with senior stakeholders- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations- Support worker communication with the management team.
