Previously, responsible for structuring the Controllership and reestructuring the Treasury areas at Jive Investments, overseeing approximately 150 funds, both onshore and offshore. Responsible for ensuring that all accounting, regulatory, and operational aspects of the funds are adequate, as well as for creating new processes and controls, and implementing improvements to existing ones. 10-year track record at PwC Brazil providing audit services to the country's largest financial institutions and asset managers, with a focus on structured/alternative funds. Experience leading audit activities with multiple Big4 auditors, ensuring an efficient process. Strong background in ensuring adherence to tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and other compliance obligations.
