I am an Automation Delivery Manager at We Are CORTEX. I have had exposure to Automation since the start of my career, starting within the industrial Automation field, throughout different levels of digital automation, to my current position. I have seen many aspects of it and understand the challenges to help businesses implement successful Automation endeavours within the context of a wider digital transformation. I strongly believe that Automation is not only a tool but a mindset. To achieve the Automation goal, you need to work with three main pillars which are people, processes and technology. My team and I always undertake new opportunities with a holistic view of the situations and work with customers to realise the best ways to get and stay Automated. Having been in a rapid moving market for so long, I have a change mindset which allows me to review and improve the ways to deliver the best value.
