About Rafael Bustillo

Recent graduate with a double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics and a minor in Accounting. I’m passionate about solving problems through technology and building efficient, scalable systems that make life easier and businesses smarter. As an Automation Engineer, I developed workflow optimization tools that improved operational efficiency for real estate and financial services. I’ve also built algorithmic trading models that apply mathematical insights to real-world market behavior, and I enjoy bringing structure and logic into every project I tackle.Growing up homeschooled and entering college at 16 taught me how to learn fast and adapt quickly. Being a student-athlete pushed me to stay disciplined, focused, and always give my best, values I now carry into the workplace. Whether it’s backend development, data analytics, or process automation, I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
