Background

About Rafael Cabrer

I am continuously exposed to the many complex issues of global development. The world is becoming increasingly interconnected, and I see myself as someone who can see deeper inside this interconnectedness and find solutions through effective problem solving and strong decision making. For this, I always tend to see the big picture and think out-of-the-box. Although I see myself as a results-oriented proffesional, I sill enjoy and stay committed to the whole process. To me, success is not only in the prize, but also in the way of reaching that prize: in the knowledge you gain, the mistakes you learn from, and the challenges you overcome. In order to be successful at work, I like to take my colleague's ideas on board. I have the ability to compromise, show respect to others and listen to my team. While I can be a leader when necessary, I can also play an equal role on the team when the situation merits.
