About Rafael Calderani

Currently working with web development and looking for app and games development, aiming for better synergy between personal and professional life and also seeking new challenges. I have experience in financial and outsourcing segments with project development and management (Custom CRM for the Sales Team – SharePoint and SQL, market analysis and trends – Analysis models and KPIs). On two of those projects my team was able to reduce R$ 2,5 millions of cost to the company and both of those occasions I had the opportunity of going through every phase of the project (requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support). Completed college on FATEC/SP where I coursed Data Processing and high school on Liceu de Artes e Ofícios de São Paulo, where I also completed the technical course on eletronics. Currently coursing my MBA on Apps and Games Development for Mobile Devices and Internet of Things. Regarding information technology, I have knowledge on.NET CORE, C#, SQL, ASP.NET, HTML 5, Unity, Xamarin, Java, Kotlin, Swift, PHP, Azure, SharePoint, XML, C and others. I am fluent on english, both in writing and speaking, and basic knowledge on spanish. As international experiences, I learned about Microsoft CRM Dynamics on the United States, tool used for relationship management with clients, and was one of the responsible for teaching how to correctly use the tool to the sales teams on each branch of CitiBank Brazil. On Germany, city Bad Nenndorf, company Agrident, I coursed a training about RFID - Radio-Frequency Identification, technology used for identification, monitoring and control of any or several objects (contactless communication). Participated on a MICROSOFT event called CODESHARK, where the goal was to submit a creative game and in which the game presented by my team managed to get first place, receiving a cash prize and a certificate. As social experiencies I work as a volunteer on the NGO TETO, in which I coordinate a team that helps co-create and empower a community named Olaria.
