Background

About Rafael Ciprian

In my most recent position as a Corporate Quality Intern at Sabert Corporation, I have gained experience collaborating with quality engineers and product designers, conducting process capability studies, and creating work instructions for machine setup and usage. Additionally, I have performed internal audits, analyzed data to identify areas for process improvement, and provided recommendations for corrective action. Furthermore, my experience as a Senior Manager at AMC Dine-In Theatres has given me invaluable leadership and management skills. In this role, I oversaw a team of over 100 employees and provided coaching and feedback to team members. I also developed and executed marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue, and reviewed financial numbers utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. I implemented reports as a management tool to optimize financial results and the guest experience. In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, allowing me to work effectively with diverse teams.
